To me, as a business owner, your statements contain no valid arguments. It's highly likely you just work two to three times less than what your employer expects of you. You're paid a salary for your time, not for the work done. If you're ready to work on a project basis, regardless of time, then go freelance without a stable income. If you want financial stability in employment, comply with your employer's demands. It's that simple. |
