Not saying that any of this was warranted, but that actually says Ross "[reaching toward] the center console" was the suspicious thing. It turns out Ross had a gun and heroine in the center console, along with a bunch of money in his pocket. So it could be that he actually was okay with him laughing? Either way, what a manipulative tactic. |
