You have to keep your clean clothing away from your sleeping/nighttime and morning areas. Where you do spend your night time area needs heavy poisoning. Take extra things they can hide in out of this area you spend at night in.

The bedbugs will come for you and it is your duty to make sure they die when they come to you. You are the bait.

You can draw bug populations from one room to another by changing your habits but strategize poisioning along with such movements to like filter the bugs through a poisonous barrier so they all get doped.

Ozone is good for repeling and i think it wears them out possibly kills some. If an automobile had bedbugs ozone treatment with a tarp placed over the vehivle would be absolutly lovely method of treatment, and kill loads of odors from doing that btw.
