They can implement V2L in the exact same way they were going to do it with the CCS connector. CCS did not specify a single way to do V2L, and current implementations by Hyundai, Ford, etc. are not standardized or brand-interoperable. While I would prefer an interoperable V2L standard, NACS is not a change for the worse in that regard. It does not prevent manufacturers from implementing whatever V2L system they wish on top of the NACS connector. |

ORIGINAL COMMENT: That's not true. You can buy a generic Lectron V2L unit that will work for both Hyundai and Ford and other brands. It's based on J1772 and it's a simple adapter.
