The police pretty much never prevent crime, they investigate it after it happens. Robberies aren’t stopped by heroic police officers with their guns, despite what TV says. And I’m not asking what would make you feel better, I’m asking if you truly believe that producing a gun in the situations you described would have made you safer? |
