Are some of these accounts fake? Ie - I see questions for a YouTube channel that has no videos and 2 subscribers. I doubt people would actually ask this channel questions let alone pay to do so.

Yes, well-spotted! When we launched the product, we obviously didn't have any users, and we didn't want the 'Most Active' and 'Latest Answers' carousels to be empty when we started inviting real YouTubers to the platform. So a couple of creator and supporter accounts are dummy ones. To be fair, they're only as 'fake' as Jawed Karim's zoo video (the first upload on YouTube). :-)
