A salmon fillet usual weight more than 2 pounds, so we only eat 3 times a year on average? |

Quick question, does half of the US population (~160 million, say) even eat salmon in a year?
The distribution of consumption might tell a tale here, there's a good chance a small percentage are eating a lot of salmon.
