>... getting confused by a constant stream of ads for iCloud, Apple Arcade etc. It's sad because most of this poor UX is unnecessary. UX went from an altruist field around making tasks easier to perform to tricking people into spending money, clicking away rights to their personal data, etc. It's the logical path of end users being the product. This axiom started around "free" services like Facebook, but now we see it even in expensive products like iPhones and Windows 11. |
