I switched to macOS about 2 years ago now and still struggle to find these ostensibly hidden features. Everything from the small font sizes, inconsistently sized window/dialog close buttons, the animations and sound effects, to the terrible text contrast in dark mode makes it a really 2nd rate UX. Windows has its own disasters, but Windows 11 -- IMO -- is the better OS from a UX perspective. |
