This isn't unique to your role. John Deere is the same here. They directly posted 2 IT Admin jobs. I applied and was denied. Now I get spammed with phone calls, emails, and texts many times a week from recruiters who insist I'm ideal for the position but never get beyond the recruiter. It's been months at this point. US Army, via one of their contractors, is the same. Open rolls didn't fill. Now the contractor seems to have these rolls perpetually open and staffing agencies hiring constantly resulting in...nothing. Truly bizarre and frustrating. |
