Sorry to be the thread's unwanted armchair fake psychologist, but you might consider getting an ADHD screening if you haven't, just because some (possibly all) of the experiences you described seem compatible with unmanaged ADHD.

That aside, I agree it's not too late! For example, most of the people with new LLM startups probably didn't know much at all about LLMs two years ago. Sometimes everyone gets to be a new learner at the same time.
