I don’t disagree with you. All of what you said can be true and not change that 1 or 2 kids in a class can derail it for the other 20. So pragmatically, with limited resources, how should those resources be spent? On the 20 kids with a moderate to high chance of succeeding or on the 2 kids with a very low chance? From a societal ROI perspective it is pretty obvious. |
