If you read the original Diaconis, Holmes, and Montgomery paper you'll see why it shouldn't depend on this. There's also the classic Gelman & Nolan https://www.tandfonline.com/doi/abs/10.1198/000313002605 "You Can Load a Die, But You Can't Bias a Coin", in case you're imagining more complex dynamical behavior. |
