It's as if he had ever thought of how the policy would play out -- a signature move of a corner-office boss who simply delegates everything about product to his lieutenants. Or worse, to the lieutenants of lieutenants. This is in such contrast with those founder CEOs, who painstakingly think through product and policy changes. |
