I've been #2, and always explained the risks, options and my estimate of success. I Always recommended the MVP approach. I felt fine about what I did. Warm bodies don't often choose their projects. Its hard to call them unethical when they're helpless to choose. And its really hard to 'know full well its not going to be useful', isn't it? |
