Some years ago I remember applying to a job at a well known US bank. It got to a series of checklist questions, one of which asked if I had a degree, I checked no, and it kicked me out before I could even finish the application. Honestly, I wish more applications were like that. Just let me know sooner rather than later what your filters are. |
