How do you fence stolen gasoline? Is there a black market for the stuff? Even if you got away with this, you're looking at $2000-$4000 in profit? Seems hardly with the risk (even if you're not concerned with ethics). Not to mention you have to safely store 800 gallons of gas somewhere. |

It sounds like they find paying customers, then have the customers go get the gas from the unlocked pump. So essentially they are running a black market gas station within the actual gas station.
