Seemingly clickbait/fake info. Another article says that the woman had been struck by a human driven vehicle and projected in front of the Cruise car that couldn't avoid her: https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=37748405 The actual issue is that the Cruise car sensed that something was wrong and stopped after having run over the woman trapping her leg under a rear wheel. |
