FTA's conclusion: "If you are handling thousands of messages a day, a simple database-driven queue might be better than Kafka." They're not trying to say "thousands of messages a day" is a lot, but rather not. Or at the very least, they're saying that at that scale, it is not significant enough to merit the complexity they were dealing with. |
