do they mean shingles? I am one of 3 people in their 30s that I know of to get shingles... all work in tech. seems like the disease meant for elderly people is becoming more common for young people... anecdotally at least
Amusingly I managed to get shingles when I was in my 20s in college. I was about to lose (and did eventually) lose my scholarship and was basically not sleeping. Stressed to the max.
I'm surprised Amazon isn't a shingles factory.
