Over the years I have tried Trello, Asana, Notion, Airtable, Jira, GitHub Issues, Shortcut, EverNote, etc. I settled with Obsidian for notes, and Linear for tasks. With Obsidian, it lets you separate personal, career, and business notes thru files and folders. With Linear, it lets you separate projects by workspaces, it lets you separate tasks by sprints (or cycles), it lets you separate tasks for teams oncce you have people working for you. |
