To be more informational, I suggest google, how to accept the inevitable. As this is the most annoying thing in development, question, where to stop doing and become abstract observer, or switch to something more important.

In practice, this could be done by switching environment, go to gym, or even go to travel.

Some people could use meditation, some need just look good cinema, or even read good book, or just walk on street. It depends on how good person in regulation of his psychology.
