I developed a culture of laziness. With this comes great focus and time optimal solutions. At most there will be a TODO file in the directory the project is unceremoniously thrown into. If it’s not obvious what it does I might write a couple of lines in a README. VCS rarely. Ticketing or project management software, never! About 15 years ago I brought a whole product to market and sold it without any of those things being done! |
