If you are working on a project, you don't need a project management system. There is always the one biggest thing you need to do to move the project to the next step. While doing that you might want to skip some small tasks or code cleanup. Those you mark with a Todo: in code like the good ol' days. Almost every editor has a Todos parser which you then use to cleanup when you feel like it. Project management systems are almost always procrastination tools imo. |
