I'm Freddie and I created this resource during some research I was doing. I hope it helps job seekers know what to expect from the recruitment process before applying, so they can make more informed decisions and have a better recruitment experience.

I've added 100+ companies (and growing) that are transparent about how they hire in one form or another. There's a lot of general information, but many are also specific about the Engineering process. Check out the README in the Extensions tab for more information.
