This assumes thew birth rate holds steady at what it is today (1.1 or something?).
My suspicion is that the birth rate will actually trend lower...

I'd also suspect it doesn't take into account that medical and safety tech is likely only going to improve. If people live longer, the pyramid is going to become even more top heavy.
