The average mobile user has only one thumb and every gesture that isn't a simple swipe causes them unimaginable agony.

Thus, the infinite scroll is the only appropriate navigation mechanism.

You should give the user the option of disabling infinite scroll in the footer
Drag upward to turn page, pull down to turn it back, or left/right pagination.

Or present as an endless scroll, but have visible page break headers, containing sharable links, so it's semantically paged even if the UI has to be dirty icky endless scrolling.
