As someone who routinely plays and mods older hardware, I really hate renting culture. It’s short sighted and in 20 years time, when your kids are adults, they’ll be wishing there was a way to play games from their childhood. We are already seeing this problem with specific games that force online verification. Let’s not break the gaming platform itself as well. |
