"Ex aequo" + OS, I think
2 comments

What does this mean? Ex as in ex-parrot, right? But what's aequo supposed to mean? Google is not helping. An "aequo" that was but isn't anymore? Forgive my ignorance, English/Greek/Latin is not my first language.

"ex" is a preposition meaning "from".

I'm reading it as "execOS" but I could be wrong.
You are right : ex æquo- execute. Spelling is quite similar in French. May be same in English
exactly
Exaequo - execute... Why ex aequo ? because everybody have same execution environment (or almost same i.e the web browser)
