Interesting that you can handle large loads with minimal cost ... but there's got to be a catch: how do you plan to fund this long-term ... out of the goodness of your heart?

Maybe that's the case (the founders of Telegram managed to run it "free" for a long time (though there are for-pay options now))

But knowing what your business plan is to keep it operational would be nice :)

We show a "dumb" ad at the end of each user flow, which is enough to make a fairly large profit margin. We're also currently working on API integrations, which will be paid but at a much lower cost (likely a few cents per document sent) than current market offerings (which are normally close to a dollar per document sent).
