More interesting imho is that they also offer a Community Edition of C++Builder:
https://www.embarcadero.com/products/cbuilder/starter Back in the days (~ 25 years ago) it was the standard IDE to use for writing C++ Windows programs. But it was Borland back then iirc before Embarcadero took over. |
