Preowned homes are unaffordable at the moment (lack of supply, interest rates, buyers with low interest rate mortgages who don’t want to move), leaving new homes in HOAs the only option for all but the most well heeled buyer. (have also had poor experiences with HOAs and refuse to live in one) |
