The fact that Tubi is owned by Fox partially explains why it has more classic movies than Netflix. While I am glad that these movies can be streamed, it saddens me that Netflix's demise is at the hands of the cable/media companies that it originally sought to topple. I may not agree with the bizarre DEI/SJW/"Modern Audiences" choices that Netflix has been pursuing over recent years, but I still see them as important in the struggle evolve past legacy media. Now the same legacy media companies have the upper hand. The situation is quite hopeless as most viewers only care about what they see on the screen and in their bank statements, not the ethics about who owns what.
