I really do wish memristors turned out to be a success, HP hyped them so massively in the 2011-2015 era. What happened was that the material they had was susceptible to rusting, so what seemed like a good initial yield would become unusable some months down the road. I google for memristors sometimes, and all the activity regarding them is still confined to the lab unfortunately. |
