Been working for 6 month at a company with ~150 engineers that uses Microservices. As a simple software engineer I love it, It allowed me to easily get right in to parts of the system and conceptually understand the boundaries between different systems and business unites. But it sure adds complexity - complexity that I fortunately do not need to deal with... Yet. |
