Yeah but Bun is a web server. This thread is not about a tool for domain where Windows shines. Windows always sucked for web dev and for web deployment. Bun is an open source tool. The devs don't owe anything to Windows users. As a matter of fact, they are trying to bring it to Windows. It would probably already landed if it the support was as easy as for unix based system. If you have circumstances requiring Win env and you want to do web stuff, run WSL. If you want to do web stuff and Win without WSL is your _prefererence_ don't expect the world to bend for you -> keep wallowing in your masochism. |
