> one party needs to go figure out WTF they actually want or are concerned about so they can describe it clearly This is exactly my observation on zoom/meeting heavy cultures A lot of people cannot put their wants & desires into the written word. With a lot of these people I end up taking contemporaneous notes in a slack message to then send back to them. |
