Ask HN: Safest open source Win11 privacy tool?

is there one that can lower the telemetry/net connections and manage services without breaking things like windows updates or other core os functions? i know of oo shutup but its not open source so unsure of trustworthy

also interested in something to make a classic start menu if possible. reg tweak i found didnt work.

I highly recommend this script. It's a really decent base without breaking stuff. Most of the time I change 3 or 4 settings in the script.

Maybe theres a market for a little product out there. Windows is not the virus and we need guards against it. Crazy times.
