Because there's no such thing as a completely free society and those who believe there is or should be would be the first to be taken to the cleaners by unscrupulous or incompetent actors. The condom comment is absolutely ridiculous because there are loads of regulations regarding condoms from the FDA. Unsurprisingly you aren't allowed to sell condoms that are likely to break. |
