Good question. Those are quite valuable team players and not easy to find. As a funder your expect your team to perform 100+% Linkedin where you can see past experience. I found my best teammates using LinkedIn search and having initial chat there, less formal, more to the point. You spend time searching, but save a lot of time not having to interview the wrong candidates.
