Neom is way more futuristic and pie in the sky than this project. If for no other reason the planed 170 kilometres long 200 meter wide linear city in Neom is straight up cyberpunk material while this one is… just a city? A liveable one, which makes it look special. Superficially it looks like a California version of Lake Nona to me. |
