I don't understand your criteria. SMS is a cellular service. Do you want a mobile phone or not? Also, you are not the OP. Does "Sign in with Facebook" require verifying TOTP codes? Never ever use SMS for TOTP. Register a real authenticator or Yubikey instead. |
