There's no reason it couldn't be both. There does appear to be a legitimate problem; but some people are also eager for any opportunity to scream "sexism" or "discrimination" and start jumping up and down looking for attention. One can be cognizant of the real issues and want to find solutions to them, without worshiping at the altar of Political Correctness. |
