you can click on that gear icon in the top right to add/remove cities. The list of available ones is quite limited tough, and it’s very US-Centric

on second inspection, that “gear icon” only appears when looking at it on the iPad.

Thomas added this to the mobile version of the app first (last week). It'll be on the "full" version soon.
