The customer service is a potential killer for me. For a while, I was relying on Gmail. Then started seeing the horror stories of people losing their accounts with almost no recourse of getting them back. I realize the false-positive bans are probably just 1 in a million but that's still too big of a risk for something crucial like my main email. Moved everything to a personal domain. |
