I had no idea he moved to America. Anyone know the reason? Redhat?

Now defunct Transmeta hired him for just in time recompilation of x86 machine code into Transmeta's RISC machine code.

He moved to America in 2004, and became a US citizen in 2010. Two of his kids are US citizens as well (by virtue of having been born there).
