Switched to iPhone since I did not want to throw away another perfectly fine phone because of lacking security updates. Had a Nokia 8 before and would still have it if Nokia kept supporting it. Some things (e.g. Keyboard, VPN integration) were superior to my new iPhone. |

Most people don't bother, but on popular Android phones, community support can extend the life of the phone way beyond what the manufacturer provides.
