what the fuck am i reading, so much efforts to get rid of ads. there is much easier way to do that - just buy russian vpn for 3$/month. no ads at all

One of the things I never do is paying someone else to circumvent paying to the original vendor. I either buy it legally, in the correct region, or pirate it for free.
Ok, 3 bucks and inconvenience of using a vpn(if free it's also tracking you) and no blocking sponsored blocks and works worse in some countries without vpn? Yeah sure... I pay for premium, but i du this solely for blocking tv ads and yt music, for the rest, ublock and sponsorblock do offer a better experience in browsers and completely free
So YouTube works in Russia, but is completely without ads?
yes
