Yes, ultimately, a business decision. Yes, it can be a judgement call. However, comparing the concerns, health and wellbeing of employees to PowerPoint in meetings comes off as insensitive; very 20th Century. There was time when (e.g.) Walmart was as ruthless about its employees, and time eventually caught up to them. |
