If you're getting a decent amount of traffic then chances are some will live in Asia. You could try installing an analytics tool line mine that will tell you where visitors are coming from. It won't tell you if the website is blocked in a certain country or region, but it's a start! Alternatively, I did a little check online and comparitech.com will tell you if your site is blocked in China. There's probably not much you can do about North Korea TBH!
